The simple summer house "Stuga Vilan“ has a fantastic location in the skerries of the capital of Stockholm, with the nearest bathing lake only 40 meters away from the house and a few hundred meters distance to the „large“ water and a beautiful skerry landscape.
The summer house consists of main hut and guest hut and offers room for up to four adult persons and a child.
It has a summer water pipe for doing the washing-up in the work kitchen (no running water, only cold water) or for daily hygiene. Drinking water you will get at the common pump, about 50 meters away from here.
The summer house has a humus toilet (mulltoa).
