The holiday home "Älgstuga" is one of eight cosy houses in a small holiday village south of the winter skiing area Sälen. It is a 1 ½ floors wooden house, which offers room for 8 persons. The holiday home is higher than all the other houses and is located at the eastern side of the holiday village, and it presents an impressive and proud position like an elk with raised head and high legs, thus having a view nearly of the whole village. In front of the house you can enjoy the sun from lunch time until sunset and in the same way the picturesque view. The living room with the open fire forms the cosy meeting place for the whole family or group. From here you will reach the completely furnished kitchen, a bedroom with a 120 cm wide bunk bed and the passage way, connecting the other rooms with the living room. Here you can also find the drying wardrobe for rainwear and winter clothes. A second bedroom with wide bunk beds and two bedrooms with 80 cm wide bunk beds as well as the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC can be reached from the passage way. On the upper floor there is our little wellness area and in the cellar of the house the sauna with shower and separate WC, as well as a washing machine, which can be hired against a small cost contribution.
