A forest yard at a size of about 10.000 square meters and located absolutely unattached in the forests of Värmland – that´s what is behind the holiday accomodation with the name "Häcken". The domicile consists of a main building at a size of about 80 square meters for 4 persons, a guest hut (16 square meters) for 2 persons as well as a converted barn which has room for up to 4 persons. The location of the holiday home is quite unique, peaceful and quiet, and both in summer and winter it offers a lot of opportunities for activities. The idyllically located lake, Stor Ullen, only about 800 meters away, invites you, to use the boat or the canoe, belonging to the property, for fishing tours or to go for swimming or having a barbecue at the lake. During winter "Häcken" is well suited for cross-contry skiing or ice fishing. The next skiing facility can be found only 4 kilometers away from the domicile. And there are still some more little extras, increasing the feeling of well-being, like sauna, solarium or the wilderness bath tub. - Self-catering.
- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- 4 bedrooms – main building with bedroom (double bed), a living room (convertible sofa), kitchen-cum-living room, bathroom+TC, guest house with 2 single beds) + barn with double bed + convertible sofa
- Electricity will be charged with 2,50 SEK/kWh at the day of departure and will be separately added.

- changeover day during peak season is Saturday
- You only hand over the accommodation well-swept and the final cleaning will be done by the landlord himself and costs 750 SEK (payable at the day of arrival). This amount will be added to the rental.
- you can order firewood 1,5m3 for the open fire for appr. SEK 900,00 (=appr. € 100,00).
- Bedlinen and towels can be ordered for 25,- EUR /person.
