Three small holiday homes (with a total living space of about 80 m2 and with enough room for 10 persons) you will find near Matfors, southwest of Sundsvall, and in the vicinity of a lake.!
From the holiday homes you will have a beautiful view of the lake and the large woodland area, characterizing your holiday place.
The larger holiday home has about 35 m2 living space and it has all in all an open interior design. Here you will also find a wood-burning open fire, shower and WC.
The smaller holiday home has 20 m2 and is equipped among other things with a bunk bed..
In addition you will have available a "hunting lodge" (15 m2) with double bed and also a wood-burning open fire.
The whole holiday object is, of course, also well suited for the winter months.
The property is large and in the evenings you can either use the grill or smoke meat or even a fish, which you have caught, thus preparing a pleasant and interesting evening meal in this way.
A rowing boat is also available, so that you can even go fishing effectively by boat.
If you spend your holidays here, you should include in your holiday planning a day trip to Sundsvall, a very beautiful town with many cultural and historical sights.
