This beautiful and light holiday apartment with large windows towards different directions has an open room solution with oak parquet floor, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a 17 square meters private terrace on top of the roof of this building.
The holiday apartment is located at the edge of the Årsta bay with lovely pathes for walking and jogging.
After 15 minutes walk you will reach the baths of Eriksdalsbadet or Långholmens swimming baths.
The bus passes in front of your door, so that you can take a seat after about 10 minutes either in the underground or in the shuttle train, both carrying you to the city of Stockholm.

- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- There are 2 double beds as well as 2 ground mattresses in the apartment
- When you arrive later or depart earlier ( 21.00 - 08.00 ) the landlord takes an extra charge of 300 SEK. This amout will be added to the rental.
- The final cleaning can be ordered at the landlord and costs 500 SEK
- Bedclothes can be ordered for 80 SEK/bed at the owner/landlord.
- The landlord takes a deposit of 500 SEK (payable at the day of arrival).
