Holidays at one of the most beautiful and concerning the scenery most interesting islands of Sweden, Öland.
Here, at Ytterby, about 8 kilometers away from the well-known resort Köpingsvik, you will find a holiday home, which is located in front of a private lake with footbridge and landing stage.
Here you will also find a children´s playground with a small playhouse, sandpit and slide.
In addition to the opportunities for fishing at the Baltic Sea,you will also have the opportunity to fish noble fish in the nearer surrounding. You have to pay an entry fee of 75 SEK and can fish up to three fishes free of charge. However, after the third fish you will have to pay a fee of 75 SEK/kg.
Your landlord offers also the opportunity to rent bikes, pedal boats etc..
The resort of Köpingsvik is located about four kilometers away from the island town of Borgholm, has one of the most beautiful bathing beaches of the island and many hiking trails, typical for the Öland landscape. The beach is child-friendly and has shallow waters.
Of course, the island offers a lot of sights to you, like the colossal castle ruin near Borgholm, the castle of Solliden and the summer residence of the royal family, the refuge castle of Eketorp and the town of Borgholm itself.

- Bikes can be rented for 30 SEK/day
- Pedal boats can be rented for 50 SEK/hour
- A kind of hot tub (outside and wood-heated) can be rented for 450 SEK/use
- Quad bikes (4-wheelers) can be rented for 150 SEK/30 minutes
- A bed for a baby or a child´s chair can be rented for 50 SEK/week
- Cleaning deposit of 500 SEK has to be paid when arriving, otherwise the landlord can do the final cleaning for 350 SEK, if ordered before
- Day of arrival and departure will be Saturday (peak saison)
