Centrally located, but at the same time with a beautiful surrounding, you will find your holiday home in the southern area of Kalmar, one of the most interesting and most beautiful towns of South Sweden.
On foot you can reach the recreational area of Kalmar, places to swim, the charming old part of the town and the central area with its many small and cosy restaurants and places of entertainment/amusement and open-air theatres. You are here also in the nearer surrounding of the World of Glass and its world-famous locations Kosta and Orrefors.
One or even several excursions to Öland with its fantastic nature and sights should also be included in your holiday planning. If you only take the tour/route over the Öland bridge, so this is really worth a day trip.
Your holday home was completely renovated in 2008. It has a nice veranda, where you can spend the evenings as informal meetings, a large hall, toilet with shower, kitchen as well as two bedrooms. Of course, you can als use the beautiful garden, garden furniture and barbecue.
